I have a Mpeg file, but if i burn it onto a cd, my vcd player will not load the cd. How do i get it so the vcdplayer will play the file as a vcd?

Any pointers from where to download a SVCD and a VCD demo CD in ISO format would be greatly appreciated. Content not important, looking for best (or known good) image the format can offer, to check ...
