A freezing fog advisory was issued by the NWS Pendleton OR on Monday at 3:05 a.m. in effect until 10 a.m. for Kittitas Valley and Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

"Another round of freezing rain will move in this evening through early tomorrow morning, with icy & slick travel expected as it falls and afterwards," the NWS Twin Cities says. "Temps will be very close to freezing, and how much ice ends up accumulating will be closely tied to how warm we are."

The NWS Pendleton OR issued a freezing fog advisory at 12:41 a.m. on Thursday in effect until noon for Lower Columbia Basin.

Snow and ice still covers the ground, a dense fog clogged the skies and major wind gusts are on the way; this week’s weather has a dose of just about everything.

Expect a round of freezing rain after dark. Once it gets closer to 7 to 8 p.m., freezing rain will expand into the Appleton area; it will continue through the night and the area could see most of the freezing rain add up toward midnight, said Scott Berschback, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service Green Bay.

It will be a messy forecast today as an icy mix of sleet, freezing rain, and snow will move through the metro starting around noon.
