Arsenal have a Champions League clash against Slavia Prague to contend with after their strong run of form in all competitions – but they’ll be without Viktor Gyokeres on their trip to Czechia after he failed to make the training group.
The Gunners’ record for consecutive clean sheets in all competitions is eight. The feat was first accomplished between April and October in 1903, but that record could be equalled if Arsenal blank Slavia Prague on Tuesday in the Champions League.
Viktor Gyokeres was not involved in Arsenal’s training session in front of the cameras ahead of the trip to Slavia Prague. The striker scored in the Gunners’ 2-0 win over Burnley on Saturday before having to be replaced at half-time because of an injury concern.
