Floods, toppled trees, and soil erosion were reported as Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) battered some areas in the Visayas, according to reports on’ Unang Balita on Wednesday.

The death toll from Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) jumped to 52, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) confirmed in its 6 a.m. report on Wednesday. Of the 52 fatalities,
